eNewsletter Template Download

Guidelines:

1) WORD file: you may use them as a template for the production of HTML.
- download the WORD template that you need.
- update the content inside the WORD template.
- remove any unnecessary wordings accordingly.
- customize the table color inside the WORD template where applicable.
- pass the finalized WORD file to related party for converting your WORD into HTML.

2) (Sample) HTML file (for use)
- click on the HTML sample link (a new window will open).
- go to "檔案" → "另存新檔" → for "存檔類型", choose "網頁, 僅 HTML (*.htm,*.html)
- rename and save the file.
- open the saved HTML file in any html editor (ie: NVU) and edit the content accordingly.

3) Show Website Buttons
- you may use the website buttons for your enewsletter, which are stored at: W:\ADC\Public\ShowWebsite_Guideline\buttons
- [Text only]: can change the words, font and background color
- [With Graphics]: can change the words, font and background color only. Graphic will be unchanged.
